About The Event
We’ll do an introduction in this amazing Artform of Dancing, created in 1972 by Steve Paxton in New York. Contact Dance Improvisation is about Body-Mind Cantering and Release techniques. It was inspired by the movements generated in Martial Arts like Qi Gong, Aïkido or even Capoeira.
We want to propose an initiation in the dance, so everybody is welcome to participate or just to have a curious look.
We recommend you to wear clothes that are cosy and allow you to move freely.
