Expect magical woman with accustic guitar tones but as well other surprises. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - IRINA HOLZINGER is a singer and songwriter who has been an inherent part of the luxemburgisch music scene over the last 10 years. As a kid Irina had already made it a habit of telling her stories in song form, mostly improvised, sometimes written. But her musical career would kick off after meeting Kim Mersch, who would soon become her musical partner and wife. The new found confidence leads to numerous concerts in bars and stages across the Minett and they soon record a first album: “Irina Holzinger & Kim Mersch”, an assemblage of raw songwriting and melodious songs. In 2011, Irina founded her band “IRINA”. The band would soon be on numerous stages all over the country and to date, they have released two records: “Home” and “Colors”. New songs and projects are in the works, as the band prides itself on constantly finding new ways to grow musically and on always trying to find the fun and satisfaction in the music they play. Irina has been part of countless musical projects. She was the singer of the band “CROSSROADS” and of the acoustic cover band “Naked Socks” and she’s been one of the first members of “The Grund Club Luxembourg”, which at the time was still called “Songwriters in the Grund”. Over the years, Irina has gathered an impressive amount of experience as a songwriter, as a singer, as a performer and as a moderator and she has been able to establish a reputation as a professional and as a powerhouse. Performing, conveying emotions, creating beautiful melodies, writing words with meaning and making people smile are the driving force behind her artistic creations. ---------------------------- PTOLEMEA is an artistic project, where nature and synchronicity have their place. Led by the singer and musician Priscila Da Costa, together with Remo Cavallini on lead guitar, they take us on a true spiritual adventure. PTOLEMEA rises over its musical creations with a definitely pagan alternative rock / grunge style. ---------------------------- ROZEEN is a Luxembourgish singer-songwriter and pianist of Polish origins. Her musical style could be defined as a mixture of pop, soul and folk music. Her songs showcase a strong emotional expression and sensibility, a big importance being laid upon lyrics and musical tension. During this acoustic set, she will be performing songs off of her first EP ‘Heartleaves’ as well as a few new compositions. ---------------------------- Anne Jourdain is a Luxembourgish singer-songwriter and a well-known band member of D´Halunken. Her first solo gig with guitar was at Love at the farm Festival in 2009. Anne gets her inspirations from nature - the earth, forests, plants, sky, the moon & the stars.
