MUSIC MADE IN LUXEMBOURG

CLAUDE MICHELS was musically socialized by visiting the legendary Flying Dutchman since the age of 17. In the year 2000, he started to co-host the Bloe Baaschtert Show on Radio ARA, which reflects the musical panopticum of the still growing local music scene.

Over the years, his music collection got bigger and bigger, and today, countless records showing the variety of the luxembourgish music scene are waiting to be played in Beaufort. Since the early years, the Flying Dutchman was (and still is) also a home for live gigs, including lots of local bands rocking the stage.

By presenting rarities, all-time-classics and new works from local bands and artists, the aim is to honour all those talented and creative souls at this special DJ-evening. Feel invited to a surprisingly danceable trip through the history of the Grand Duchy music scene.
