Ticket Policy

Our desire at The Flying Dutchman is to make your purchasing experience easy and efficient, so we can get you on your way to Live Events as quickly as possible. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on www.flying.lu. If you have any questions about the information below, please contact us.  Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event, and is subject to the additional terms set forth on that ticket.

CURRENCY

All ticket prices for events that occur in Luxembourg are stated in Euros.

PAYMENT METHODS

Flying.lu accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. If you are ordering via our website, we accept VISA, MasterCard and paypal.  Payment with bank transfer is also available on demand (please contact us for bank details).

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation email within 2 business days, which you will have to bring to the event together with your registered name. Collect your ticket any time at The Flying Dutchman (if they have been printed), otherwise just show the entrance confirmation (your name and surname or registered email address) at the entrance.

If you do not receive a ticket confirmation (in the form of a confirmation email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with The Flying Dutchman in any given contacts whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process.  Flying Dutchman will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

AMOUNT OF TICKETS PER CUSTOMER OR "TICKET LIMITS”

There are no limits when purchasing tickets on flying.lu except when specified number of tickets exceeds that which is initially or momentarily available in venue.

CANCELLED AND POSTPONED EVENTS

If the Flying Dutchman event is cancelled, the buyer will be refunded automatically within 3-10 business days depending of your preferred payment method. Please keep in mind that ticket taxes are NOT REFUNDABLE.

If the buyer wants to cancel his ticket for personal reason, no refund will be given. However, the buyer can choose to sell the ticket to another Flying Dutchman client, but must find the person who wishes to buy the ticket themselves.

If the event is postponed, the customers will be contacted privately with available refund options.

 OPENING/CLOSING ACTS

Opening acts or guests may sometimes tour with The Flying Dutchman. The Flying Dutchman is not responsible for opening acts, the length of their performances, or variations in their schedule. These acts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if an opening/closing act is changed or cancelled.

LICENSE; EJECTION AND CANCELLATION; NO REDEMPTION VALUE

Event Providers reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with Event Provider rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket's face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.  It is unlawful to reproduce a ticket in any form.

RECORDING, TRANSMISSION AND EXHIBITION

You agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event for commercial purposes. You grant permission to utilize your image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) in any medium or context without further authorization or compensation.

UNLAWFUL RE-SALE OF TICKETS; COMMERCIAL PURPOSES

Unlawful resale of tickets (or attempt) is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. A ticket shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by The Flying Dutchman.
